(b) After using a computer for two years, a user notices that the system has become very slow, the storage is almost full of "junk" files, and they are worried about unauthorized access to their folders. 6. (a) Mshikamano" Bank has recently moved all its customer records from physical paper files to a centralized digital database accessible via a network across five different branches. You have been asked to conduct a risk assessment for the bank’s new infrastructure.
(i) Identify three major security threats that could specifically target the bank’s network.
(ii) For each threat, explain how it could potentially disrupt the bank's operations or compromise customer data.
(b) During a staff meeting, it was discovered that some employees have been using the bank's high-speed internet to download copyrighted movies, while others have been accessing private customer contact details to promote their own side businesses. The Human Resources Manager has asked you to address the staff.
(i) Explain two distinct ethical issues related to ICT usage demonstrated in this scenario.
(ii) For each issue, justify why it is considered a violation of professional computer ethics in a corporate environment.

7. Your classmate, Monitor, has been selected to represent your school at a national ICT innovation competition. Despite being a brilliant student, Monitor is terrified of public speaking and wants to withdraw because he "doesn't know how to act" in front of a crowd

and doesn't know where to start his preparation. As a student leader with strong communication skills, you have been asked to mentor Monitor to build his confidence.
(a) Describe three essential qualities of a professional presenter that he should model during his speech to appear authoritative and engaging.
(b) Monitor is worried about losing his place or boring the judges. Develop a three step preparation plan he should follow before the competition day to ensure his content is well-organized and meets the needs of his audience.
